Locally-owned Thomas Lawn & Landscape is a service-oriented company based in Indianapolis, providing complete landscape services in Boone, Hamilton, and Marion counties. We service both residential & commercial properties, specializing in residential properties. LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, verifiable experience in various landscaping techniques, and be able to lead by example with a positive attitude. HARDSCAPE CREW LEADER applicants should have experience in building patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and properly operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Train, supervise, and motivate 2-5 crew members
- Effectively resolve job site issues as needed
- Be efficient in time management
- Accurately fill out daily paperwork
- Represent our company in a courteous and professional manner
Other Details:
- Some Saturday hours are required
- Work is outdoors in all weather conditions
- No winter lay-offs – all crews assist with snow removal and other tasks in winter
- Must be physically able to perform a variety of tasks

- Benefits offered after 90 days
