About The Role

The Construction Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards. The superintendent is responsible for enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance to protect workers and the public. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Certification such as OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Experience with project management software like Procore, PlanGrid, or Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large teams on complex projects.
