THE ROLE: The Build Experience Specialist is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end client experience from first experience in the design studio through the home warranty. This position is the conduit between the client and internal TJH employees and provides a single point of contact for every client throughout the journey to create a differentiated experience. Each individual client journey is tracked and captured in each of the coordinated systems. Collects and reacts to client feedback from start to finish of the journey to create a differentiated experience.

- Owns client experience journey from end to end.
- Point of contact for entire build process for the client.
- Coordinates and owns all communication to the client that directly relates to the experience and oversees all other communication for the client.
- Coordinates and leads all client interactions with TJH employees, consultants, and construction personnel.
- Ensures integrity of all clients facing systems and the information input.
- Tracks all milestones throughout the homebuilding and schedules onsite meetings.
- Present for onsite meetings during various stages of construction.
- Brings together all stakeholders as requested or to resolve issues.
- Acquires all information to handle client requests.
- Works in partnership with forward planning and land development teams on relaying critical jurisdictional information.
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent
- College degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of customer relations experience for an entire 12 month process
- Experience in Homebuilding or Residential Construction industry
- Possesses knowledge of homebuilding processes and department functions and can discuss contractual and financial information at basic level.
- Has experience working with construction team and communicating technical information to the client.
- Understanding of design and plan reading on a basic level.
Salary : $77,000 - $97,000
