What you will be responsible for:
Answer and triage incoming calls
Schedule initial consultations
Manage expectations for potential new clients
Maintain our CRM/case management system
Support the team administratively
Keep our front office running like clockwork

Daily Responsibilities
Relationship-Focused
Answer and screen incoming calls
Schedule consultations
Gather basic intake information
Check for conflicts of interest
Provide referrals when appropriate
Greet visitors warmly and professionally
Maintain a polished, welcoming front office
Administrative
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Enter contact information into CRM/CMS
Maintain team calendars and conference room scheduling
Prepare supply orders
Maintain beverage bar and public areas
Support other team members as needed
What You Bring
Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year experience in an office environment
Strong comfort with phones, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office 365
Technical Skills
Professional phone etiquette
Tech-savvy and quick learner
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Accurate and fast data entry
