Responsibilities
- oversee daily administrative operations of the construction office to ensure efficiency and organization
- coordinate communication bettween project manangers, contracrtors, vendors, and clients
- manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and compliance records
- track project timeliness, budgets, and job costs to support accurate reporting and forecasting
- process invoices, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable related to construction projects
- maintain and organize files, plans, and blueprints (digital and physical)
- schedule meetings site visits , inspections, and subcontractor work timelines
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
