What You'll Be Responsible For

- Answer inbound calls and guide customers through service needs
- Schedule appointments using judgment, not rigid scripts

- Coordinate with dispatch and field teams for accuracy
- Maintain detailed notes and ensure strong follow-through
- Support membership, financing, and next-step conversations
- Stay composed during high call volume
