Pay Range: $100,000 - $175,000/year (Full-time, based on experience)

Hours: Monday through Friday in Office

What You'll Do As our Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll start with hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations while helping lay the groundwork for future growth. You'll:

• Lead all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, monthly closing, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze key financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and investments
• Coordinate with external CPA on audits, tax filings, and compliance
• Help prepare for acquisitions and private equity opportunities
• Mentor and eventually build a small internal finance team

What You Bring

• CPA certification required
• Proven experience in full-charge bookkeeping, accounting, or financial leadership
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
• High-level financial acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• A proactive mindset and commitment to operational excellence
