- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry processes, and accurate record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision
- Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting bookkeeping activities with QuickBooks or similar software
- Support office management duties including supply procurement, facility maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist with personal assistant responsibilities when needed, including travel arrangements and task prioritization
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and manage front desk operations confidently
