This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the company, manage budgets, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing financial forecasts, managing audits, implementing internal controls, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning. The Controller will also manage a team of accounting professionals and collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Experience in managing audits and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Team leadership and management skills, including mentoring and team development

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
