DAILY DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound Call Management: Warmly answer incoming calls in both English and Spanish.
• Existing Client Support: Take basic information from current customers (names, phone numbers, and what they need) and accurately dispatch/route them to the correct licensed insurance producer.
• New Client Intake: When a new customer calls looking for an insurance quote, you will gather and document basic intake details (the legal maximum allowed for a non-licensed individual) and forward the clean lead to our licensed team to close.
• Office Hospitality: Keep the front desk area organized and greet the occasional walk-in client with a friendly, professional attitude.
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)

• Language: Must be fully bi-lingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal communication is key).
• Life Maturity & Reliability: We highly value candidates who have a proven track record of dependability, excellent attendance, and a true desire for long-term job stability.
• Basic Computer Skills: Comfort using a computer keyboard, basic software, and typing down customer details while speaking on the phone.
