Who They're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
- Has a series 7, 65 or 66 license
- Has a track record of building and maintaining meaningful client relationships
- Enjoys business development and growing their practice
- Has a strong professional and/or community network
- Wants to operate more entrepreneurially
- Values comprehensive planning and relationship-based advice
- Is looking for a platform where they can build something bigger
