What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations for efficient service.
- Follow grilling, frying, food safety, and portion control procedures.
- Keep orders organized and moving smoothly through the line.
- Monitor cooking equipment, timers, and ovens to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work as part of a team to deliver accurate, fresh, and flavorful meals every time.
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, guest checks, and company order procedures.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and safely operate kitchen equipment.
