We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
You will service new construction projects, punchout work, warranty repairs, rental turnovers and general maintenance.
- Erosion control - silt fence installation/maintenance, street sweeper, straw lots, demuk ponds
- Trash control – Cleanliness of job sites and hauling dump trailer to landfill
- Retention pond – yearly work on retention pond maintenance (weed eat, cut trees and clean up)
- Equipment maintenance – Skidsteer and attachments, dump trailers, and work vehicles
- Punch work on new construction and rental turnovers
- Renovation work on rental homes
- Review of warranty claims, work orders and rental turnovers
- Show completed task to homeowner/tenant (signature if required)
- Document completed work – upload pictures to software programs
- Maintain cleanliness of jobsite, work vehicle, shop and equipment
- Keep current inventory of tools and materials
- General projects that arise for a construction/property management company
- Load truck with all materials and tools needed to complete task
- General maintenance for all equipment·
- Prep work for workspace to contain debris
- Clean up after each job
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
