Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Location: Denver, CO (On-site with flexibility)
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 benefits
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a true hybrid role requiring equal strength in business operations and personal/lifestyle support.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to seamlessly shift between managing business priorities and supporting the personal needs of the executive and their family. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, often last-minute environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar across both business and personal commitments

Act as a strategic partner in supporting the executive’s day-to-day operations and priorities

Coordinate business and personal travel, including detailed itineraries and real-time problem-solving

Provide personal support, including scheduling appointments, reservations, errands, gifting, and family logistics

Assist with household coordination, vendors, and special projects as needed

Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication with professionalism and discretion

Anticipate needs across both business and personal contexts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of trust
Qualifications

3 years of experience supporting an executive, founder, or high-profile individual in a hybrid EA/PA capacity

Proven ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities seamlessly

Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate independently

Exceptional organization and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

Strong communication skills and responsiveness

Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, and travel as needed

Tech-savvy; experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and task management tools
