Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced loan officer to join our team at Medina, OH branch (4018A Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256). This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Responsibilities

• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
• Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs)
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Ability to work in all areas of the branch

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 6 months of recent retail bank teller experience
• 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location, managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Professional grammar and demeanor
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
