Responsibilities
- Originate and manage residential and/or commercial mortgage loans.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, investors, and business partners.
- Collect borrower documentation and ensure file accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate credit, assets, and income to structure loan scenarios.
- Work directly with our processing team to move loans efficiently to closing.
- Stay up to date with lender guidelines, rates, and product offerings.
- Active NMLS license (required).
- 2 years of mortgage origination experience (preferred, but open to strong self-starters).
- Knowledge of loan products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and DSCR.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by commissions and independence.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own pipeline in a fast-moving environment.
- Commission-Only Pay Structure with high splits and uncapped earning potential.
