HVAC Technician (2 Years Experience)

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who can confidently handle service calls, installations, and system troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of jobs, lead a small team when needed, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, etc.)
- Perform installations for residential and light commercial systems
- Lead and manage jobs from start to finish
- Supervise and support junior technicians when assigned
- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and solutions
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
- Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience leading a team or managing job sites preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and best practices
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
