Responsibilities
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction across diverse client segments
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, schedule demos, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems, maintaining up-to-date client records and interaction logs
- Assist customers with sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently and securely
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement and business growth
- Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices combined with analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively
Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour
