Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and bilingual Pharmacy Technician Manager to lead our pharmacy team. Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the pharmacy technician team.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
- Work closely with pharmacists to improve operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Assist with medication intake, verification, and documentation to ensure proper medication management for patients.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals in compliance with safety standards.
- Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, offering medication guidance, and supporting patient care initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth medication delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active California Pharmacy Technician License (Required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- 3-5 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high performing team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
