We are looking for a senior partner and confidant for clients who can bring creative, thoughtful, and innovative projects to life. The Account Director is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for key existing client relationships, as well as leading client growth and uncovering opportunities for us to continue to do bigger, bolder, and more work for our clients. What You’ll Be DoingManage and develop senior level relationships with both existing and new clientsOperational and strategic management for client relationships, client satisfaction and deliverables, and overall quality of projects Work within a collaborative, creative and development teamProduce big results while maintaining a positive attitude and having funSupport producers with managing client requirements, communications and balancing project schedules and budgetLeverage a strong working knowledge of social production to effectively speak to process, timelines, and requirements both internally and externally, ensuring smooth execution across high-volume social work.Contribute to a culture of excellence around creative use of social media in advertising and marketingSupport the Managing Director on new business pitches working collaboratively with other departmentsWork with clients in proactively identifying new business opportunitiesEnsure wider team members are kept informed of market opportunitiesAct as a leader for social media marketing, content creation, creative ideationEnsure project profitability across all client projects and deliverablesProvide senior management with reports on performance, team and project status, and upcoming opportunitiesMonitor capacity of team members and adapt to change, with a close eye of risk assessment and mitigation Leading annual planning sessions with clients to ensure we’re acting as a strategic partner with an eye on further business changes and needsShow proven growth with client revenue while growing close partnerships with our clients Responsible for a portfolio of multiple clients, managing own ability to offer support across each client ensuring team is supported and offering the highest standard of client servicingWhat You’ll Bring6 years of account management at a social or digital agencyKnowledge and passion for the social and digital worldA proven track record of hitting client growth targets and delivering consistent revenueSelf-motivated with strong initiativeOutstanding leadership skills with a can do attitudeExtremely organized and can multitask like a wizardExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsA solid understanding of social production workflows, deliverables, and processes with the ability to confidently represent this knowledge to clients and internal teamsEqual OpportunityAt AntiSocial, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.
