A Manifest Account Director:
Your role is to lead client teams in creating work that’s culturally relevant, commercially effective, and strategically impactful. You’re a trusted advisor—bringing insight, clarity, and direction that elevate both your clients’ success and Manifest’s reputation. You also play a central part in shaping the team around you, helping people grow and ensuring our work is consistently ambitious, thoughtful, and effective.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the full lifecycle of account delivery—from brand planning and creative development to production and post-campaign evaluation.
- Oversee cross-functional teams of 6 (strategy, creative, production, PR, social), ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget, while remaining impactful, thoughtful, and fully aligned with client objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor: challenge briefs, uncover opportunities, and guide conversations that push campaigns further.
- Be the primary escalation point for client issues, resolving challenges efficiently while maintaining trust and satisfaction.
- Craft campaign briefs with clarity and strategic vision, and identify ways to extend ideas across channels.
- Oversee account profitability: manage fees, scope, budgets, and maintain full P&L oversight.
- Lead resourcing and capacity planning for your accounts, balancing workloads and ensuring teams are optimized and well-supported.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure account teams are appropriately staffed and positioned for success.
- Mentor direct reports through structured appraisals, check-ins, and ongoing guidance to help them grow and thrive.
- Champion team wellbeing while maintaining accountability and driving high performance.
- Contribute to agency operations, introducing ideas that improve processes, workflows, and ways of working.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure teams are appropriately staffed and positioned for success.

Salary and benefits:
- Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000
