We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounting Director who can lead and motivate accounting staff members and increase department accuracy and efficiency. The Accounting Director will lead our accounting department, oversee financial processes, ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, and drive Prime Time Shuttle's financial health. This role is crucial in collaborating with senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategy. Key Duties & Responsibilities:* Direct and oversee all aspects of the accounting functions, including billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and tax compliance.* Coordinate and define internal processes for budget development and financial forecasting.* Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reports.* Work closely with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting.* Lead and guide accounting teams in daily operations.* Monitor and evaluate financial information systems, suggesting improvements where needed.* Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance.* Assist leadership in financial planning and results management. Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting or * Finance.
