This is a field-driven Superintendent position focused on managing multiple fast-paced commercial projects. The role requires someone who can operate independently, manage subcontractors effectively, and keep projects moving without the need for constant oversight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
- Run multiple projects simultaneously, including fast-track remodels
- Interpret and execute from blueprints, drawings, and project documentation
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce project schedules
- Coordinate directly with company leadership on execution and timelines
- 60% remodel work
- 40% ground-up construction
- High-volume restaurant construction projects
- Some remodels completed in as little as 2 weeks
- 17 Dunkin' remodels scheduled this year alone
- Additional ground-up projects scheduled to start soon
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Ability to run projects independently without hand holding
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and field execution
- Experience managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant or retail experience is a plus, not required
- High-volume, repeat client work with national brands
- Fast-paced project cycles with consistent backlog
