Hybrid Senior Accountant Viewpoint Vista - Greensboro NC

We are partnered with the Chief Financial Officer at a well-established company in the construction industry based in Greensboro North Carolina to add a Senior Accountant to their growing accounting and finance team. The organization is an electrical contractor with over 60 years of success serving industrial, commercial, and municipal clients across the Southeast.

With approximately $60M in annual revenue and 200 employees, the company combines the stability of a long tenured organization with the energy of a company in growth mode driven by strong construction demand in the region.

This role is highly visible, reporting directly to the CFO, and will play a key role in building out financial analytics, reporting, and insights across all Viewpoint Vista modules. Hybrid Schedule Mon Remote, Tue & Wed In Office, Thu Remote, Fri Remote (Half Day)

Responsibilities

• Pull and consolidate data across all Viewpoint Vista modules
• Build and maintain reports that provide visibility into project performance and company financials
• Analyze project data and trends to support decision making
• Partner directly with the CFO to develop analytics and improve reporting across the business
• Create dashboards and tools to track key metrics across projects and departments
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems and reports
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects

Qualifications

• Experience with Viewpoint Vista
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Experience working with large data sets and building reports
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
• High school diploma required
