Core Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new commercial banking relationships through direct outreach and networking

Ideal Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 3 years in commercial banking, with demonstrated deal-making experience
- Solid grounding in credit analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting
- C&I lending experience strongly preferred
- A track record of generating new business and cultivating long-term client relationships
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
