Our client is an AV Rated, prominent law firm located in Tallahassee, Florida, seeking qualified attorneys for their Labor and Employment Law Team. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Labor and Employment Law. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigating and defending harassment claims, enforcing restrictive covenants, drafting severance agreements, compensation packages and general employer-side advising.
The position requires excellent academic credentials, as well as written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, and comparable law firm experience. Compensation is $175,000 to $250,000 with bonuses. Position is flexible to remote work.
