Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and feel comfortable.
- Manage scheduling and appointment confirmations for staff as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal and external communications.
- Support administrative staff with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Competitive hourly wage: $16 - $19 per hour.
