- Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with call center software and CRM systems is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
