Busser - Moxy

The Busser position is responsible to clear the table after each course and maintain the table until the guest departs.

Essential Duties

• Greeting customers
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Processing payment
• Setting tables
• Clearing tables
• Suggesting menu options and wine pairings
• Ensure each guest is satisfied with their food
• Knowledgeable in alcohol pairings
• Able to make drinks at guests requests
  
  

Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to carry 20 lbs.
• Fluency in job-related English both verbal and non-verbal.
• 2 to 3 years experience upscale casual restaurant.
• Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
