Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami Beach, FL, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Additionally, the role includes conducting preventive maintenance, addressing specialized plumbing and electrical concerns, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The technician will work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC system troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Competence in performing preventive maintenance to ensure long-term operational efficiency
- Basic plumbing skills, including managing HVAC-related plumbing systems
- Understanding of electricity and electrical systems related to HVAC operation
- EPA certification or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is preferred
