Think Bank is expanding our Commercial Banking team and is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Banker to join us in the Twin Cities market. If you have a successful track record in business banking with a strong background in credit and business development, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Senior Commercial Banker, you will proactively manage and grow a portfolio of business clients. You will build long-term relationships, identify financial needs, and deliver comprehensive solutions including lending and non-lending products.
This role requires deep expertise in business banking, including credit structuring and analysis, particularly in business lending and commercial real estate. You will collaborate with internal partners and branch teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of Think Bank's complete suite of financial solutions.
You will also play an important role in the local business community participating in networking events, community engagements, and building a professional network that promotes the Think brand.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience and understanding of commercial credit and commercial real estate, business banking product knowledge, and a proven relationship-based approach to uncover the financial needs of business and commercial customers.
- Proven experience in commercial lending with a strong background in credit analysis and business development.
- Professional network in the market or proven ability to develop
- Collaborative approach with internal teams to seamlessly integrate Think's products and services, positively impacting customers' financial wellbeing.
* Education and Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Commercial Credit training or experience
- 4 years' experience in commercial banking relationship management
Salary: $144K - $212K annually (based on experience and officer level)
