Thieves is looking for a coffee-slinging heartbeat of our daytime hustle. If you believe espresso is an art form, hospitality is a personality trait, and every guest deserves to feel seen, we want you behind our bar.
We’re located in the heart of Broad Ripple at 854 Broad Ripple Ave, serving bold coffee, smooth vibes, and unforgettable energy from morning through late afternoon.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft hot & cold coffee drinks with speed, consistency, and style
- Create genuine, memorable guest experiences at every interaction
- Keep your workspace clean, stocked, and dialed in
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Be part of the rhythm and flow that makes Thieves feel electric
What We’re Looking For:
- Barista experience preferred (you know your way around a machine)
- High integrity with a strong attendance record
- Sharp attention to detail (because the little things are the big things)
- Strong communication and the ability to read a room
- Current liquor license & ServSafe required
- Attentive, ambitious, reliable energy — no wallflowers, no flakes
