Barista

Feng Cha is looking for people who love boba, enjoy serving guests, and want to grow in the beverage industry. You will start at the store level as a barista, learn our drinks, service standards, and daily operations from the ground up. For the right team members, we provide training and development opportunities to grow into roles such as Shift Leader and Assistant Manager.

If you enjoy boba, café culture, teamwork, and want to build real experience in the beverage industry, this could be a great place to start.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare Feng Cha drinks following recipes and brand standards
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for service
• Support daily prep, restocking, and closing/opening tasks
• Work with the team during busy hours
• Learn store operations step by step
• Receive coaching and training for future growth opportunities

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends and peak business hours
• Must be able to work at minimum of 20 hours per week
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to follow food safety, sanitation, and recipe standards
• Must be punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
• Previous customer service, food service, or leadership experience is preferred but not required
