Key Requirements
- Experience: Business Analysis within Financial Services (Private Markets or Wealth Management).
- Consulting Skills: Strong in current state analysis, target state design, and gap analysis.
- Tech-Savvy: Able to identify and streamline manual processes; comfortable working with Product & Engineering teams.
- Documentation & Critical Thinking: Skilled in BRDs, FRDs, workflows, process diagrams, and stakeholder engagement.
- AI Knowledge: Smart, adaptable, and knowledgeable about AI concepts to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
About the Role
You’ll work at the intersection of product, technology, and operations—ensuring every new feature or workflow drives scale, reduces manual effort, and unlocks differentiated client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Map and redesign end-to-end processes across fund admin and client servicing—highlighting inefficiencies, failure modes, and automation opportunities.
- Propose improved architectures (e.g., how AI agents could replace handoffs).
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to translate messy real-world workflows into structured, automatable, API-compatible flows.
- Support GP onboarding with reusable patterns and data mapping approaches to reduce time-to-live.
- Drive innovation in case management design (exceptions, SLAs, routing logic, audit trails).
- Prioritize product backlog based on measurable business impact.
- Maintain living documentation of workflows, systems, and integration points.
- Lead workshops with teams and clients to align on needs, pain points, and solutions.
