Our client is seeking an Oracle FCCS SME to support and enhance the bank’s financial consolidation and close platform, partnering closely with Finance and Technology teams to drive stability, reporting accuracy, and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Serve as the Finance SME for Oracle FCCS, supporting configuration, enhancements, and platform optimization
- Manage consolidation processes including hierarchies, intercompany eliminations, journals, and currency translation
- Partner with Controllers, FP&A, Regulatory Reporting, and Finance teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Act as a bridge between Finance and Technology teams for system design and implementation
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and process improvements
- Participate in testing, UAT, releases, and production support activities
- Oversee data flows and integrations between FCCS and upstream/downstream systems
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting integrity across financial reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in finance systems, consolidation, or finance transformation
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle FCCS
- Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and reporting
- Experience working in banking or highly regulated financial environments
- Ability to translate finance business requirements into system solutions
- Experience supporting UAT, issue resolution, and production support
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
