This role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across HR processes, with strong emphasis on Workday and data analysis.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Ensure compliance across payroll, benefits, and HR operations processes
- Maintain and validate HR data accuracy within Workday and related systems
- Analyze HR and payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance-related documentation
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure process alignment and regulatory adherence
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tracking tools
Requirements
- Experience in HR compliance, payroll, or benefits administration
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, reporting, data validation)
- Understanding of HR compliance, payroll regulations, and benefits processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
