Our client, a top-tier management consulting company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst with hands-on experience in Insider Threat detection, investigation, and response. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of behavioral analytics, data loss prevention (DLP), and endpoint monitoring within large enterprise environments.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Identify, investigate, and mitigate potential insider threat activities.
· Collaborate with SOC, HR, and Legal teams for incident triage and escalation.
· Leverage UEBA, SIEM, and DLP tools (e.g., Splunk, Exabeam, Microsoft Defender).
· Create dashboards and reports for threat patterns and user behavior.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of insider threat monitoring programs.
· 5 years in Cybersecurity with 2 years in Insider Threat programs.
· Experience with behavioral analytics, DLP, and SIEM tools.
· Strong analytical, communication, and investigative skills.
· Financial services background preferred.
