We partner with ambitious brands to solve complex business and marketing challenges and create ideas, experiences, and systems built to scale. We're evolving how we work to bring thinking and making closer together, build more accountable teams, and use technology and Al to expand what's creatively possible.

Role Overview

As a Senior Designer at Thesis, you are a multidisciplinary creative who executes thoughtful, refined design solutions across channels. You balance conceptual thinking and technical execution, contributing meaningfully to campaigns, brand identity systems, and digital experiences while beginning to mentor more junior designers. You turn creative concepts into execution-ready design deliverables with a high level of polish, working both collaboratively and as an independent workstream lead. You bring a meticulous eye for detail and craft, consistently delivering precise, high-impact visual solutions that elevate our clients' brands.
