Position Summary
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Thesis Pharmacy, with a focus on attracting and hiring qualified healthcare and pharmacy professionals. This position partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the offer process through accepted employment. The Recruiter will maintain strong talent pipelines while providing a professional and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from approved requisition through accepted offer and transition to People Operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for pharmacy, healthcare, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, recruiting platforms, and other channels.
- Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide candidates with timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Facilitate the offer process in coordination with People Operations and company guidelines.
- Ensure required pre-employment information is collected and communicated to People Operations for completion.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within the company's ATS/HRIS.
- Track recruiting activity and metrics, including applicant flow, interviews, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
- Build relationships with pharmacy schools, healthcare programs, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
- Support job postings, employer branding, recruiting events, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Proactively identify hard-to-fill positions and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
- Collaborate with People Operations to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to the employee's onboarding process.
- Stay current on healthcare recruiting trends, talent market conditions, and effective sourcing practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience recruiting for pharmacy, clinical, or healthcare-related positions preferred.
- Experience using ADP or a similar HRIS/Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
- Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance.
