Thesis Driven is hiring a Growth Marketer to own and scale our audience across media, courses, and data products. This is a high-leverage role at the center of the business: you will be responsible for how people discover us, how they convert, and how they stay engaged over time.
You will work closely with the founders, editorial, and product teams to design and run growth systems across email, lead generation, and social channels. This role is about building repeatable, measurable growth loops using modern tools, automation, and experimentation.
Over the past 24 months, Thesis Driven has grown into a leading media, education, and data platform covering the future of the built world. We publish deeply researched analysis for real estate operators, investors, and technology leaders, and have expanded into courses, premium research products, and merchant banking. We have grown profitably, without outside capital, and treat distribution as a core strategic advantage.
In this role, you'll own:
Email growth and performance
- Own list growth, segmentation, onboarding, and lifecycle campaigns
- Maintain deliverability and data hygiene across platforms
- Balance improving paid conversion with audience engagement
Lead generation and funnels
- Design and optimize lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Partner with editorial and product to turn content into acquisition engines
- Build attribution-aware funnels across products
Social and distribution
- Work directly with founders Paul Stanton and Brad Hargreaves to create social content that engages and converts
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing distribution assets
- Test new formats, platforms, and partnerships
Growth systems and automation
- Implement and maintain modern growth and automation tooling
- Build workflows across email, CRM, analytics, and payments
- Reduce manual work and increase iteration speed
Measurement and experimentation
- Define growth KPIs and dashboards
- Run structured experiments and report results clearly
- Translate data into decisions, not vanity metrics
A typical week might include:
- Launching and iterating on an email onboarding flow
- Testing a new lead magnet tied to a course or data product
- Working with founders Brad and Paul to develop new social acquisition strategies
- Cleaning and restructuring audience data to enable better segmentation
- Evaluating new automation or analytics tools
- Reviewing funnel performance and prioritizing experiments
