We are looking for a full-time Growth Marketer / Growth Lead to join our team in the New York City Metropolitan Area in a hybrid role.
This person will own one of the most important challenges in the company: scaling and diversifying user acquisition.
Today, we have early traction and clear signals on what is working. Now we need someone who can take that foundation and build repeatable growth across both organic and paid channels. This includes areas such as UGC, influencer marketing, paid social, creator partnerships, referral loops, landing page testing, and channel experimentation.
You should be excited to operate as both a strategist and a hands-on builder. We want someone who can develop the growth roadmap, launch campaigns, work with creators, analyze funnel performance, improve creative and messaging, and help us find efficient ways to grow.
- Own and execute Ape AI’s acquisition strategy across organic and paid channels
- Scale and diversify growth beyond a single channel, with a strong focus on UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and paid social
- Identify new acquisition opportunities and run fast, structured experiments to validate them
- Work closely with founders and the team to develop high-performing growth creative, hooks, landing pages, and campaign concepts
- Source, test, and manage creators, influencers, and communities that align with Ape AI’s audience
- Build repeatable systems for creator-driven growth, content seeding, and paid amplification
- Monitor and optimize key funnel metrics including CAC, trial starts, conversion, retention, payback, and channel quality
- Turn performance data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
- Help shape Ape AI’s growth engine across channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging consumer platforms
- Partner cross-functionally with product and design to improve onboarding, activation, and growth loops
- 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or consumer startup growth
- Proven track record driving user acquisition for a consumer app, subscription product, fintech product, or creator-led brand
- Strong experience with at least some of the following: UGC, influencer marketing, paid social, creator campaigns, performance creative, lifecycle growth, or referral programs
- Deep analytical instincts and comfort working with funnel metrics, attribution, and experimentation
- Able to move from strategy to execution without waiting on a large team
- Strong understanding of what makes consumer creative perform across short-form platforms
- Comfortable testing quickly, learning quickly, and iterating based on data
- Excited by early-stage environments where the playbook is still being built
- Excellent communication, judgment, and prioritization skills
- Experience scaling creator or influencer programs
- Experience with subscription apps or mobile app growth
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, RevenueCat, Branch, AppsFlyer, or similar
- Experience in fintech, investing, trading, or adjacent consumer categories
- Based in NYC or willing to work in a hybrid NYC setup
- Help define growth for a breakout consumer AI company
- Work directly with the founders on strategy, positioning, and go-to-market
- Build in a category where trust, product quality, and distribution matter deeply
