Role Overview
In this role, you will drive revenue growth and expand market presence across cloud, data, AI, and business applications. You will manage one or more large enterprise accounts and position the company’s full portfolio of cloud-aligned offerings. The ideal candidate brings a strong account mining mindset and a solid foundational understanding of cloud technologies. The role involves extensive collaboration with internal product and service teams and alignment with partner ecosystem stakeholders to drive mutual business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue within assigned accounts, defining quarterly and annual targets.
- Articulate the organization’s product and service value propositions to customers and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across technical and business leadership levels.
- Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies with partner development teams and field sales.
- Drive co-sell motions by originating, registering, and progressing opportunities in partner systems.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships to accelerate large-scale cloud adoption.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with partner stakeholders to showcase pipeline health and growth strategy.
- Collaborate with practice leaders across cloud, data, security, and workplace technologies to craft joint solution offerings.
- Oversee partner competencies, certifications, and specializations to maintain and elevate partner status.
- Maximize partner incentives such as consumption-based rebates and marketing funds.
- Track competitive landscape movements and provide insights to alliance strategy teams.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance partner sales culture.
Qualifications
- 13 years of overall experience in IT sales, including at least 5 years selling cloud solutions.
- Strong sales track record with consistent achievement of multi-million-dollar targets.
- Foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts including IaaS, PaaS, AI/ML, analytics, security, and hybrid cloud.
- Preferred certification: Cloud Fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of AI trends, cloud-based AI offerings, and usage of modern productivity and AI tools for daily work.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for partner meetings, events, and client engagements.
