Responsibilities
- Drive the pursuit sales cycle leveraging deep clinical domain expertise.
- Build and nurture client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to business cases, proposals, and sales pursuits in Clinical Data Management, Regulatory, and Medical Writing.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Leads to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
- Support account leadership and practice teams in strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 13 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years in R&D or Clinical Services.
- 5 years in IT Sales or program leadership roles.
- Strong functional understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Medical Writing.
- Prior experience in Pharma or Consulting environments preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
