Who We Are
Theron Defense builds autonomous anti-drone turret systems that shoot down enemy attack drones — real hardware, real mission, growing fast. We're a four-person team and every hire matters. We're looking for a self-starter who's excited to learn and willing to work hard. No specific experience required — what matters is that you show up, figure things out, and do what needs doing.
What you'll actually be doing
Day to day is a mix. Some days you're helping build and repair drones, working with electronics, or assisting in testing turret systems. Other days it's keeping the shop running — organizing, cleaning, supply runs, airport pickups, whatever the team needs that day.
