- Manage the full grant application process—from initial planning and strategic development to submission and follow-up—ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Develop detailed budgets and financial reports that align with grant requirements, demonstrating responsible program development and fiscal stewardship.
- Maintain accurate records of all grant activities, contracts, and correspondence within contract management systems and databases.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information for proposals and reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Proofread and edit proposal drafts, reports, and supporting documents for clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
