We’re currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Service Coordinator to join our Service Department and help drive success through leadership, organization, and exceptional customer support. Location: Elmhurst, IL Job Description: Assist in facilitating the onboarding process and conduct orientation sessions for all newly hired team members Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Plan, coordinator, and oversee the execution of job fairs and recruitment events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on our digital platform. Coordinator and assist with employee engagement activities. Provide coverage and support for Office Administrator, during their absence. Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents for employees. Assist with various other administrative duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager. All other duties assigned. Qualifications: Must Associates degree but Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 2-4 years of Human Resource experience is required. Previous experience with Microsoft 385 and SharePoint is required. The typical pay range for this position ranges from $28.85 - $33.65 / hr. in IL. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
