Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager leads and executes marketing strategies across all company locations and divisions, supporting brand visibility, business development, and company communications. This role oversees marketing coordinators and design resources while managing digital marketing, social media, events, sponsorships, and traditional advertising efforts.

Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing and collaborating with sales and business development teams, the Marketing Manager helps develop campaigns, manage marketing materials, and represent the company at industry and community events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Oversee marketing coordinator/s and graphic designer
• Organize marketing materials, social media, trade show materials, digital marketing, and company communications
• Manage and create content for social media platforms
• Support copywriting for posts, project highlights, website content, and promotional materials
• Be comfortable presenting, networking, and representing the company publicly
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Work independently or as part of a team depending on project needs
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with co-workers and other departments
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing on campaigns and content planning
• Lead and execute marketing strategy across all locations and divisions
• Be able to blend strategy, business development, and leadership with a strong on-the-ground presence
• Work closely with marketing, business development and sales teams
• Represent the company at groundbreakings, grand openings, interviews, and community events
• Support recruiting and employer branding efforts
• Develop and manage monthly social media calendars
• Assists marketing coordinator with internal and external events, programs and parties
• Manage sponsorships to various businesses and organizations
• Collaborates with Vice President of Marketing on all advertising and/or other agencies to meet deadlines of tv, print and digital marketing materials
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong Communication and Relationship Building Skills: Must be able to communicate efficiently and network effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Industry Knowledge: Own and manage all areas of marketing across the company, including digital marketing, social media strategy, print marketing, billboards and traditional advertising
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial facilities is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and budgets

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-site environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 5 years of marketing experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience

TRAVEL, HOURS OF WORK, & SUPERVISION:

This position normally requires the individual to be physically present at one or more TBB manufacturing location Monday through Friday as deemed necessary. The Marketing Manager may be required to travel extensively and may frequently be required to remain out of town on overnight trips in fulfillment of his or her job responsibilities. This position will report to VP of Marketing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (including but not limited to):

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to work in cubicle setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
