Unity Lab Services provides a single source for integrated lab service, support, and supply management. Our customized service offerings and world-class service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customer’s laboratory's business needs.
What will you do?
Prepare buffers and media (from <1L to 2000L) and manage requests through the Media Request System.Review batch records for data integrity. Forecast and maintain chemical and consumable inventory. Perform equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep lab. Collaborate with supervisors to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting). Suggest and implement process improvements. Support onboarding and training new team members.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
Customer service experience is a plus

Compensation And Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $21.82–$28.80.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
