What will you do?

  • Support the Director, Finance – Business Finance with analysis related to product strategy, R&D investment, portfolio priorities, roadmap tradeoffs, market opportunity, and long-range planning
  • Build financial models, scenarios, and decision-support analyses to help evaluate strategic options and resource allocation choices

  • Serve as the lead finance partner to the $100M CDx business, supporting business leaders with financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support
  • Support the financial evaluation of new CDx opportunities, including deal modeling, contract economics, pricing considerations, risk assessment, and key financial terms for long-term pharma partnerships
  • Advise on financial implications of contract structures and business strategies before agreements are signed
  • Lead CDx finance support for MBR, QBR, AOP, and STRAP processes
  • Provide financial visibility into CDx revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers
  • Coordinate with the Costa Rica shared service center resource responsible for contract financial administration to help ensure accurate and timely execution of CDx financials after contract signature
  • Partner closely with the COE resource on project financial tracking, revenue and cost recognition, and contract-related reporting, while maintaining overall visibility to CDx business performance
  • Help identify risks, opportunities, and process improvement needs across the CDx financial workflow

Analytics and Future of Finance

  • Leverage dashboards, digital tools, and AI-enabled approaches to improve analysis, reporting, and decision support
  • Help simplify manual work, improve data quality, and strengthen the finance support model for a growing and evolving business
  • Contribute to a more modern finance capability through stronger analytics, automation, and business storytelling
