HVAC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Perform routine residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups

• Assist with basic diagnostics under the guidance of senior technicians

• Complete maintenance checklists and service documentation accurately

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding system condition

• Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

• Perform other duties as assigned

HVAC Maintenance Technician Requirements

• Entry-level position - At least 1 yr of HVAC experience required

• High School diploma or GED required

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends

• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for dispatching and GPS

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
